Jae is the founder and CEO of The JaeLux Yellness Project, a healing practice dedicated to guiding Black women toward self-love, liberation, and holistic wellness through coaching, conscious content, and sacred spaces.

A certified self-love coach, yoga instructor, and liberation guide, Jae holds degrees in English Literature from Fisk University and Africana Women’s Studies from Clark Atlanta University, where her research explored how trauma—especially sexual violence—shapes Black women’s relationships with themselves.

Blending somatic movement and intergenerational trauma theory, she helps women create sustainable mind-body-soul self-care ecosystems rooted in healing and self-reconnection. An educator turned coach and voracious reader, Jae brings her passion for learning, liberation, and joyful healing into every space she leads. She is also a lover of adventure, a bullet journal enthusiast, and a proud dog mom.
